Making sustainable and systemic changes to practice is a commitment and a process that evolves over time. Coaching and mentoring is collaborative and involves reflective discussion to enhance skills, develop knowledge and make sustainable changes to classroom practice that improves pupil outcomes. The frequency of sessions and the staff involved in these sessions will depend upon the school’s priorities.
